Cashmere Landscaping installs Colorbond, timber paling (including lapped and pine-lap) and aluminium fences and gates, including fences built on top of new retaining walls, across Brisbane's northside.
How we do fencing
Most of our fences go up as part of a bigger job, sitting on top of a new retaining wall, so we know how to get posts, footings and panels dead straight. We also replace tired boundary fences on their own.
We remove and dispose of the old fence, set new posts in concrete and leave the site clean.

Who pays for a dividing fence in Queensland?
Under Queensland's dividing fence law, neighbours usually share the cost of a standard dividing fence equally. We can quote both neighbours and keep everyone informed before work starts.
Colorbond or timber?
Colorbond needs almost no maintenance and will not rot or get termites. Timber paling gives a natural look and is often cheaper for long runs. Both are built on posts set in concrete.
Do you remove the old fence?
Yes. Removal and disposal of the old fence is included in your quote, so there are no surprises.
